PROGRAM LEVELS
Beginner
(3rd - 5th Grade)
Our Beginner program is designed for athletes who are brand new to basketball or have less than one year of playing experience. This level focuses on teaching the fundamentals of the game in a fun and supportive environment. Players will learn the basics of dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and teamwork, while building confidence on the court.
If your child is just starting their basketball journey, this is the perfect place for them to learn and grow.
Intermediate
(6th - 8th Grade or
1–3 years of experience)
The Intermediate program is designed for athletes who already have a basic understanding of basketball and at least 1–3 years of playing experience. At this level, players continue to strengthen their fundamentals while learning how to apply them in game-like situations. Training focuses on improving ball handling under pressure, shooting with proper form and consistency, developing footwork, learning offensive and defensive spacing, and building confidence in competitive play.
This level is ideal for athletes who may have played in recreational leagues or school teams and are ready to sharpen their skills, increase their game IQ, and prepare for more advanced competition.
Advanced
(9th Grade and up)
The Advanced program is designed for athletes who already have a strong basketball foundation and are ready for high-level, competitive training. At this stage, players focus on refining advanced skills, improving decision-making under pressure, and preparing for the demands of higher-level team play. Training includes advanced ball handling, shooting off the dribble, defensive strategies, game IQ, conditioning, and leadership development.
This level challenges athletes to compete at a faster pace, apply skills in live game situations, and develop the physical and mental toughness needed for competitive play.
